二 |          　　会议专题研究部署了党纪学习教育，讨论研究了《心“绥”花开“梨”美更近 2024绥中县赏花节活动实施方案》，听取了关于推动东戴河新区文体旅融合发展的调研情况汇报等议题。         　　刘晓军说，党纪学习教育是今年党建工作的一项重要政治任务，是加强党的纪律建设、推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的重要举措。要提高政治站位，深刻认识开展党纪学习教育的重要意义，以高度的政治自觉开展好全县党纪学习教育，确保党纪学习教育取得扎实成效。要明确学习重点，在学习贯彻《中国共产党纪律处分条例》上下功夫求实效，坚持逐章逐条学、联系实际学、以训助学、以案促学。要加强组织领导，压实工作责任，坚持两手抓两促进，要力戒形式主义，加强宣传引导，确保党纪学习教育取得扎实成效。         　　就赏花节活动，刘晓军说，要加强组织领导，做好应急预案，确保活动各环节安全保障到位。

三 | 要精心组织实施，紧盯活动重点环节，进一步提升旅游标准化服务，整合周边资源，完善服务设施，规划好活动内容，精心准备特色文创产品，确保游客进得来、留得下、玩得好。要加强宣传发动，要以此次赏花节活动为契机，以花为媒、以文促旅、以旅助产，实现从“赏花游”到“赏花经济”的提质升级，要大力宣传绥中县独具魅力的乡村文化旅游品牌，深挖旅游文化资源，大力推介精品旅游线路，充分展现绥中优美的自然风光、良好的生态环境、深厚的文化底蕴、独特的资源禀赋，不断提高全县文化知名度和旅游品牌影响力。
